All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Duration
We aim to deliver your order within one working week (5–7 business days) from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen logistics delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and total order value. Any applicable fees or taxes will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or undelivered, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly. ShoeShopper is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, customs delays).
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We are working to expand our service internationally soon.
